If you are interested in exhibiting, please request a booth through our online registration page. Booths are free for non-profits/government and students. There is a small fee for business/industry exhibits. Exhibitors will have an in-person exhibit booth and a virtual exhibit in Zoom Events Expo.

For virtual booths, please provide the email of the person adding downloadable materials/media to the virtual booth.

For In-person booths, electricity can be requested, but you will need to bring your own 10′ extension cord. Exhibit Set-up starts 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 21st, and Exhibit Tear Down is expected no later than 4:00 PM Thursday, June 23rd. Also, please notify conference planning staff if you plan to bring a stand-alone exhibit and therefore do not need a table. Registrations to attend the conference, networking events, and tours are purchased separately.
